African boys in danger

African boys in the East-West Corridor are in danger, Independent Senator Ramesh Deosaran has said.

Yuh mean somebody had to fockin pay you to tell them that. I coulda do that in ah fockin jiffy.

Speaking during his budget contribution at the Senate sitting at the Red House, Port of Spain, yesterday, Deosaran said the Public Services Association asked him and his team to do an analysis on the African youth in the East-West Corridor because of the high numbers of boys of African ethnicity in the prisons, before the magistrates' courts and in special homes.

So fockin finally! Somebody actually fockin realise that the prisons, courts and special homes are resident to fockin niggas. They are fockin bandits. What the fock else you expect?

He said the high crime rates in the Northern Division was also another factor.

Deosaran said the study, entitled "African youths in danger", was completed last year and "If something is not done quickly, comprehensively and appropriately, I think the danger will increase because it is a high risk issue... African youth is in danger in the East-West Corridor".

Fock why? The PNM will give dem work in CEPEP and fockin URP. Keep the niggas in bondage and slavery. They like it so.

Deosaran said one-on-one interviews were conducted with these African boys and they appeared to have low self-esteem and no aspirations or goals.

He said researchers asked these African boys what they would like to be when they grow up and a 17-year-old said a doctor. "That was a big joke. You know why it was a big joke? Because it was impossible for him to achieve that and even think like that," said Deosaran, adding that the peer group mentality and pressure all add to this negativism.

Because the niggas have no training. They dont even know who the fock is dey father and the mother dont know either.

Deosaran said these African youths in the East-West Corridor do not even know what subjects to take to pursue a relevant profession.

Whilst in school, the niggas only studying to bull. Goat, teacher, the janitor, fig tree. Anything wid ah hole. Daz the only subject dem know.

He said that they have attested to the fact they have guns and knives; and a principal has even said that stabbing and school violence was "a regular thing".

Oh they love killing one another. And you know what? We love it too. Less niggas, less stress!

He said these African boys were questioned about the environment of the classroom and their teachers and the answers revealed there was unfairness in the system.

"Unfairness in the classroom is an injustice to these young people; teachers must have a sense of social justice,'' said Deosaran.
