WITH a general election expected to be called at any moment, the ruling People’s National Movement (PNM) and the Congress of the People (COP) are now neck-and-neck in the popularity game, according to the latest UWI/ANSA McAL poll.
Most of the people polled said they would support COP leader Winston Dookeran (25 per cent) over PNM leader and incumbent Prime Minister Patrick Manning (23 per cent) for the post of Prime Minister.
However, when asked for which party they would vote in a general election, most people said they would cast their ballot for the PNM (27 per cent) over the COP (24 per cent).
The UNC-Alliance did not fare very well in the poll, scoring less than 15 per cent in either category, a significant percentage of the people polled remained undecided.
Most people ruled out the likelihood of a UNC/COP alliance and more than 50 per cent of those polled said they would not support such an alliance.
Now I could understand that somebody do ah fockin poll and say which political party in front and who behind. That is fockin understandable.
But when Sabga and he fockin cronies that supporting the fockin half dead COP trying in true true zig zag fashion to fockin manipulate the peoples fockin mind, daz when I does get real fockin pissed.
Plain and simple. WE DOH ELECT NO FOCKIN LEADER OR PRIME MINISTER!
We have fockin political parties that contest the mudder cont election and the political leader of the party that wins the most seats become the Prime fockin Minister. Its that simple.
I also find it very contradicting that more fockin people prefer Dookeran as PM, but more assholes say they will vote for the PNM.
Why the fock these pollsters does ask these dotish questions for. Or is it that they just trying to infiltrate the mind of the average citizen to plant the Syrian wishes in their mind.
That last line could never fockin reflect the opinion of the masses on the road. Its a lie again.
Come Syrians, try better than that.
