Works and Transport Minister Colm Imbert says the family whose Aranjuez home was demolished yesterday to make way for the billion-dollar Interchange were occupying the property in breach of a court document.
Imbert said that the family of Richard Daniel had "entered into a consent order" to vacate the property yesterday before Justice Pembleton in the San Fernando High Court on May 28, after losing their legal attempt to block the demolitions which they filed five weeks ago.
"The Government has scrupulously followed the law and, in fact, the persons are in breach of the order of the court which they consented to give up vacant possession on Thursday the 7th of June," Imbert said.
He did so in response to questions on the demolitions at yesterday's post-Cabinet news conference at Whitehall, Port of Spain.

So why the mudder cunt yuh gone 3 o clock in the fuckin morning to drag people outta dey bed to break down dey house. I didnt know Ministry of Works have workers starting so early to work.

Colm all yuh doh do niggas that! Dey would stone dong all yuh mudder cunt.
